Grandma’s Hands
I’m a Tarheel to my heart ~ raised in Chapel Hill, NC. I acquired my affection for cooking through my late grandmother, Elizabeth Welch.
Those homemade staples like, fried chicken, fresh preserves, biscuits and her sweet potato pie with coconut flakes always takes me back to those summers in her Apex country kitchen.
